Online Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by contacting hello@divisionmenswear.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Items delivered more than 7 days in the past cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unopened, in its original packaging, in the same condition as delivered, unworn and with all tags and labels attached and must be received back by Division Menswear within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise directed by our customer service department.

Sales on swimwear, underwear, and discounted or sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Swimwear, underwear, body jewelry, custom jewelry orders and body jewelry special orders purchased in-store may not be returned (except for manufacturer's defect).

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

All sales are final. Exchanges or store credit offered for non-body jewelry merchandise at Division Menswear's discretion within 30 days of purchase. Items cannot be exchanged if worn, tags have been removed, nor without receipt.
